The Allegro Group has finalized the sale of its operations in Slovenia and Croatia, the company announced in a statement.

The transaction was closed after meeting all conditions precedent, including obtaining appropriate consents from antitrust authorities.
Allegro reported that the final financial impact of the transaction does not differ significantly from previous estimates.

“The closure formally ends the sale process of the Mall South segment. Consequently, with effect from the closing date, the group will cease to consolidate the financial and operational results of the Mall South segment, which until the closing date were presented as part of discontinued operations,” Allegro said.
In January, the Allegro Group signed a binding agreement with Mutares for the sale of shares in subsidiaries operating in Slovenia and Croatia, along with dedicated technological resources and teams based in the Czech Republic. At that time, the company estimated the total negative impact of the transaction on the net result at approximately PLN 235 million. (PAP Business)
