Video Violence to an anti-Imigration protest in The Hague. Police car burned and officer attacked with stones and bottles

The Dutch police used a water cannon to disperse the anti-immigration protesters who went out in The Hague, where they started throwing stones and bottles in police officers, a spokeswoman for the local administration said, according to Reuters.
The representative of the local administration in The Hague said that the protesters targeted by the water cannon had come off the main manifestation to block the highway.

The anti-immigration protest took place with about a month left until the general elections in the Netherlands and was organized by a right-wing activist, self-titled “Els Rechts”, who militates against asylum seekers and for equitable housing policy.
The local press reported that thousands of people joined the protest and that some of them had set fire to a car. The ANP news agency said that the demonstrators have attacked police cars.

Geert Wilders, who leads the Freedom Party, far -right formation, was invited to protest by Els Rechts, but did not participate, according to the assets on platform X.
Also on X, Wilders sent a message condemning the violence: “blocking the highway and using the force against the police are completely, absolutely unacceptable.”
