The proactive mechanism of interaction between the employment service and other organizations allows people to quickly and effectively help people. Digital technologies contribute to the development of promising areas. Within the framework of the federal project “State for People”, the portal “VASHA Zanny” was created. For the convenience of users, we introduce additional services on the basis of artificial intelligence on it, ”said Viktor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency and employment of the population.
Note that the employment of participants is facilitated by the initiatives that are supported by the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov. During this period, 9.3 thousand employers placed 126.6 thousand job offers. Today, 41.4 thousand vacancies are available for applicants. Many are focused on manufacturing specialists, construction, rural and forestry.
