New details were revealed from the investigation targeting Toto Dumitrescu, preventively arrested after provoking an accident resulting in the injury of a 23 -year -old and fled from the scene.

Less than a month ago, the actor officially escaped another file, in which he was also suspected of led under the influence of drugs. In March, he would have been stopped by the road agents on King Mihai Boulevard, reports ProTV.
Judicial sources claim that the son of the former international, now 27 years old, would have had traces of cocaine. However, the same sources claim that the doctors could not identify the presence of drugs in the blood.
According to them, the prosecutors of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the District 1 Court were thus forced to confirm the proposal of the police officers to close the file, on the grounds that the act of Ilie Badea Dumitrescu, known as Toto, is not provided by the criminal law. The ranking solution was given on August 21, three weeks before the accident on Sunday, which was arrested preventively.
We recall that the accident took place on Sunday, September 14, in the area of the Primăverii Boulevard in the Capital. Toto Dumitrescu, behind the wheel of an SUV, hit an Audi Negru car driven by Ilinca Amariei, 384 WTA. From the impact, the actor's car ricoșted and damaged another vehicle at the intersection.
The young sportsman remained caught inside the car and was transported to the hospital with injuries to his feet. Subsequently, she would have requested the discharge.
After collision, Toto Dumitrescu left the accident site, being found later by investigators in an apartment in Ilfov. The actor initially denied that he had consumed drugs: “I had not consumed anything”. However, the tests performed showed the presence of cocaine.
The name of Ilie Badea Dumitrescu also appears in three criminal files, also investigated by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the District 1 Court, in which the prosecutors are investigating scandals and accusations of beatings and other violence and disturbing peace and public order. Toto Dumitrescu, say judicial sources, would have double quality in these investigations, both perpetrator and injured party. Toto Dumitrescu's lawyer says he does not comment on anything about these files.
