Chindia Târgoviște, a club with great financial problems, announced the separation by Marcel Ghergu (executive director), Ciprian Iugulescu (sports director) and Mihaela Gălățeanu (accountant).

How much money does Chindia get from the City Hall and from the County Council
In season 2022-2023, the one in which the Târgovișteni relegated to Liga 2, the two entities pumped 600,000 lei in the club. The amounts increased considerably in Liga 2. Last year, the City Hall and the Council put two million euros in the club, and this year will each invest 3.8 million lei.
