Young miners of the Krasnoyarsk Territory presented their development at the X All -Russian Working Week

Young specialists of the enterprises of Suek-Krasnoyarsk JSC took part in the Youth Day of the anniversary, X All-Russian Labor Protection Week (Nanot).

“It is very symbolic that we start this week from the youth day,” Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, noted, welcoming the participants in the event, and the Minister of Labor and Social Protection. – Today, young people are one of the main resources of the development of our country. For your hands, for your bright minds, employers are fighting. That is why our joint task is to make your skills and knowledge in demand. ”

In the youth-2025 youth events, the theme of which this year was “sustainable development and safety: the formula of the future”, representatives of more than 130 companies, students of more than 40 universities and colleges from different parts of the country took part. During the day, intellectual games, quizzes, quests, Case championships and competitions were held at the Sirius University.

Young specialists of Suek-Krasnoyarsk competed in the final of the competition for the best digital solutions. To the court, the miners presented the project “Automation of the process of accounting and planning of training”.

“More than 250 applications were submitted to the qualifying stage, of which only 36 reached the final. We proposed a way how to make the process of accounting and planning training unified and transparent due to the transition to planning on the profiles of the position, ”says Nikita Ivanov, head of the production department of the Nazarovsky section. – The system itself will know who, when and what to teach, it is worth making a post profile, and the planner will automatically draw up training schedules for all labor and safety protection standards. This will minimize the risks and labor costs, plan training for a long time, and ensure transparency and flexibility in budget management. ”

The Krasnoyarsk people did not enter the top three leaders, but they got a lot of experience, got acquainted with interesting practices presented by other teams.

The delegation of SUEK-Krasnoyarsk specialists is also taking part in VNOT-2025. As part of the main program, more than 150 events are held at the Sirius FT sites, including business sessions, industry conferences and meetings, sports competitions and many other activities.
