The leader has been questioned several times in a press conference on the PNL contracts with the press. Ciprian Ciucu, first vice-president of PNL and mayor of Sector 6, had come out in the press conference to inform about the decisions taken by the party in a meeting of the National Political Bureau.

Ciucu has refused several times to answer the questions asked about the contracts of the Press Party and the money he pays on the press and propaganda, despite the insistence of journalists in the room, who stressed that citizens are worth knowing where their money goes.

The Liberal said that he cannot continue the press conference in this way and left the room, and the video in which the short press conference was held was deleted.

The Liberal leaders met on Wednesday night, after a new coalition meeting in which they failed to reach a consensus on the topic of prices for basic foods or on the theme of the local administration reform, a subject debated for several weeks in the coalition.

The only cut subject was the USR's request for several prefects, sub -prefects and heads of state agencies. PSD and PNL gave up the positions required by USR, but to a much lesser extent than initially demanding the party led by Dominic Fritz. The discussions on the topic were postponed by the PSD and PNL leaders several times.
