Forensicians established the personality of a man who was inflicted on a deadly knife wound to a 23-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk During a showdown in a green grove in the summer 2015.

The victim died in an ambulance. A criminal case was opened on this fact, but for a long time it was not possible to uncover the crime. This year, law enforcement officers repeatedly analyzed the materials and additionally interrogated the witnesses from whom they received new significant information.

It was established that on the night of August 14 to 15, 2015, a group of young people, including the deceased, drank alcohol on Metallurgov Avenue. A car with another company was passing by. Between the guys there was a conflict that grew into a fight, during which one of them stabbed a knife into the thigh to the victim. After that, the attacker got rid of the crime tool and hid in a car with his friends.

“As a result of the competent work of the investigation, involvement in the incident of the 38-year-old man, who is currently detained in the city of Bratsk, Irkutsk region for the commission of a similar crime, was established. During the interrogation, he was presented with irrefutable evidence, under the weight of which he gave a confession. During the investigative experiment, the defendant told in detail and demonstrated the circumstances of the incident, ”the UK said.

Currently, an investigation of a criminal case has been resumed, instituted by the infliction of serious harm to the health of the 23-year-old resident of the regional center, which entailed his death by negligence (part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the necessary measures are performed.
