Krasnoyarsk friends-businessmen will be condemned for deception of customers by 20 million rubles

In Krasnoyarsk, two friends-businessmen will be judged, who in two years deceived customers for 20 million rubles. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.
In May 2022, friends decided to open a business on the manufacture of furniture, the supply of building materials and the installation of baths, houses and trailers.
One of the accomplices had an outstanding criminal record for fraud, so the partners appointed the directors of several offices of other people, including the cohabitant of one of the men, although they managed the business themselves.
From December 2022 to September 2024, on behalf of these enterprises, they entered into contracts with 39 people and 3 companies that paid a total of 20 million rubles. However, the customers did not wait for the performance of the services.
The Prosecutor's Office of the region approved men of fraud (part 3.4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). They face up to 10 years in prison.
