Călin Georgescu, sent to court with Horațiu Potra and 20 more people for actions against the Constitutional Order

Former presidential candidate Călin Georgescu was sent to court for complicity in the attempt to commit actions against the constitutional order and the communication of false information, according to judicial sources quoted by News.ro, Antena 3 CNN and G4media.
In the same file, a total of 22 persons were sent to court, including Horațiu Potra, considered the leader of a group of mercenaries, and his son.
Georgescu is under judicial control of February 26, having several prohibitions, among which to leave the country without the approval of the judicial authorities. He challenged the extent by which the judicial control was extended by another 60 days, but the court permanently rejected the request.
