The implementation of the project became possible thanks to the close partnership of the educational institution with the coal company and the Melnichenko Foundation.

Thanks to partnerships with coal miners in a technical school this year, a new program began to operate, now they will be prepared here by assistants to the locomotive drivers and locksmiths for the repair of rolling stock. Employees of the Borodinsky vocational school helped with the license and accreditation of the osuza.
“We prepared the material base, bought stands to the technical school of the technical school, together with the colleagues of the mechanical repair plant brought and placed equipment in the context of the students to study visually,” said Maxim Bouquet, Director of Borodino's PTU. “Plus, our employees will deal with students in specialized disciplines.”
The first group of future assistants to the driver and locksmiths has already begun training. All this became possible thanks to the participation of a coal company in the regional project “professional for all”, which has been implemented since 2025 on behalf of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov. Recall that in June of this year, Suek-Krasnoyarsk signed an agreement on joint activities with several educational institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory aimed at creating and developing the educational and production cluster “Energostart”, and the Nazarovsky incision joined the educational and production cluster “Industrial Engineering”. Such a partnership will ensure constant cooperation between students and future employers, will provide graduates with employment guarantees, and educational institutions will help update the material and technical base.
