Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory have become more active in buying apartments in new buildings this year

The demand of residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for new buildings increased noticeably in the first quarter of 2026. Specialists from the regional Rosreestr came to this conclusion after analyzing statistics on mortgage transactions and shared construction agreements.
Over three months, the department received 7,589 applications for mortgage registration. This is 35% more than in the same period last year, when 4,949 applications were submitted. More than three quarters of applications (5,827) were submitted electronically. At the same time, 56% of applications were sent directly by credit institutions – this format saves borrowers time.
This year, 1,657 contracts for participation in shared construction were registered, which is 23% more than last year’s figure (1,269).
