Dobrzyński pointed out that neither the court's judgment nor the legal opinion nor the statements of the interested parties could change this. He added that from Poland's accession to NATO, the primacy of the protection of classified information over other provisions applies.

“In other words: if ABW and SKW say you say you don't have access, you don't have it” – explained the spokesman for the coordinator of special services. He pointed out that if someone gives classified information to a person deprived of access to them, he is subject to criminal liability.

“In times of such great threats, the Polish state cannot afford to play with the secrets protection system” – summed up the entry Dobrzyński.

The spokesman's post refers to doubts about access to classified information of the head of the National Security Bureau Sławomir Cenckiewicz. In July last year The Military Counterintelligence Service withdrew Cenckiewicz with a security certificate, which is required when accessing closed documents. However, the case – after Cenckiewicz's complaint – went to the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw, which on June 17 this year. he annulled this decision. August 5 this year KPRM filed a cassation appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court against the judgments of the Provincial Administrative Court.

On Saturday at TVN24, spokesman for President Karol Nawrocki Rafał Leśkiewicz stated that Sławomir Cenckiewicz has a valid security certificate for all classified information. He declared that this was the official position of the president's office. (PAP)
