From noon on Saturday, there were problems with payments throughout the country. Many shop customers who have no cash with them had to give up shopping. The problem was solved around 15:00.


There was a failure in the operation of non -cash payments – Eservice, dealing with electronic payments, said on Saturday afternoon. Technicians immediately began to work on restoring system efficiency. Before 15, it was reported that all functions were already working properly.
In a message published just before 14 On Facebook, E-Service has given clients more details about failure.
“Dear customers, there was a failure in the operation of non -cash payments. Just after diagnosing it, we started intensive work on restoring the full efficiency of the system. Our technical team is working on solving as soon as possible as possible” – sounds its fragment.
The company assured that it would inform about the progress of these works on an ongoing basis and apologized for the inconvenience.
ESERVICE is a settlement agent in Central Europe, providing solutions for non -cash transactions, i.e. payment terminals, online payments for online stores and payment card accounting services. He operates in 12 countries of the continent.
The failure began just afternoon. Payments problems were reported by customers of various stores and stations, including Lidl, Biedronka or Orlen.
