In Minusinsk, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Rosgvardists detained a 36-year-old man who, during the conflict, waved a knife and tried to inflict injuries to his opponents.

The incident occurred the day before at the entrance of a residential building along Abakanskaya Street. One of the victims said that, returning home, he saw a drunk man with a knife who had a scandal with an elderly neighbor. At the request to stop unlawful actions, the aggressor answered with obscenities and rushed to the tenant with a knife, he managed to dodge and close in his apartment.

“The Rosgvardists who arrived in place found an inadequate man with a knife in their hands. He submitted to the demand of employees to throw a knife. The attacker was detained and handed over to the police for further proceedings, ”the department said.
