In Divnogorsk, two 21-year-old guys were detained who advertised a drugswood on the walls of apartment buildings. This was told in the press service of the regional police.

Young people were caught red -handed at the time of the creation of the next announcement. When examining in the backpack of one of them, the police found a spray can of paint and stencil. In the phones of young people, photos of the work performed were stored.
As it turned out, the guys received an offer of easy earnings in the messenger. They admitted that they knew what advertising they were distributed.
The police drew up the protocols on an administrative offense under Art. 6.13 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Young people face a fine of four to five thousand rubles. The materials are sent to the court to make a decision.
