The man made a purchase in a store on Peter Podzolkov Street. “Halva” was sold by weight and had no marking. At home, the man discovered an unpleasant surprise – there were worms of worms in sweets.

The experts of Rospotrebnadzor went to the store, but there were no sweat indicated in the complaint. Thus, to assess compliance with the storage conditions and the shelf life of sweets in the organization of trade, the possibilities did not submit.

“Definitely, the presence of any“ living creatures ”or larvae in food products is a gross violation, and such goods have no place on the store sheet. On the facts of the sale of food products of inadequate quality, as well as without information for the consumer provided for by the requirements of technical regulations, the Office of Rospotrebnadzor, the store owner has been warned on the inadmissibility of violations of the obligatory requirements of the consumer protection legislation, ”the department said.
