Emelyanovsky dairy plant They fined 30 thousand rubles for violations that pose a threat to consumer health. This was reported in the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Recall that the reason was an unscheduled audit conducted at the request of the prosecutor's office of the region. The products were selected in large retail chains “Mayak” and “Traffic Light” in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
In the samples of the melted sausage cheese “Real Orbit”, experts discovered serious inconsistencies: violation of the fat and acid composition, the presence of β-sytosterin (which indicates possible falsification) and prohibited microbial translutaminaline.
When checking the enterprise itself, additional violations were revealed: the absence of documents under the HASSP program (system food safety management) non -compliance with disinfection, violation of temperature regimes and the flow of production.
Also, the Mercury system found inconsistencies in the amount of raw materials used for the production of cheeses “Real Orbit”, “Suluguni Chulymsky” and smoked Suluguni.
The company was fined in parts of 1 and 2 articles 10.8 and 14.43 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
