“The Qatar state strongly condemns the cowardly attack carried out by Israel, whose residential buildings were aimed at, in which several members of the Hamas Political Bureau lived,” wrote the spokesman of the Katar Foreign Ministry Madied Al-Ansari on Platform X.
Iran, the main ally of Hamas, also reacted to the Israeli attack. “This extremely dangerous and criminal act is a gross violation of all international principles and is an attack on national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Qatar,” a spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Esmail Baghai said on state television.
On Tuesday, the army of Israel attacked the leadership of Palestinian Hamas in the capital of Qatar – Daes. The Saudi Al-Arabija station said that Chalil Al-Haija was killed, who was the main negotiator of Palestinian Hamas in conversations about the truce in the Gaza Strip.
The office of the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the attack on Hamas' leaders was only an Israeli operation.
