The court recognized a resident of Krasnoyarsk guilty of a fictitious registration of foreign citizens and sentenced to forced work.

It was established that in July 2024, the 51-year-old previously convicted attacker decided to earn extra money again on the migration stream and for a reward of 3 thousand rubles offered three foreigners to be fictitious registration at the place of stay in Krasnoyarsk.

“With notifications of registration, the man came to the MFC“ My Documents ”in the Sverdlovsk district. The place for registration, he indicated his own apartment in which he was registered, but where only his parents lived. He himself did not think to let the guests go there – he was only interested in the rapid profit. This fictitious maneuver has successfully worked: a division on migration issues of the Krasnoyarskoye Ministry of Internal Affairs, having checked the documents, registered foreigners at the specified address. Thus, a man in one fell swoop deprived law enforcement officers of the opportunity to control the real movement and compliance with migration rules by three foreign guests, ”the prosecutor's office said.

Under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation from Considering the position of the state prosecutor and past crimes, the court sentenced the Krasnoyarsk to 4 months in prison, which were replaced by 4 months of compulsory work with a deduction of 10 % of earnings in state revenue.
