Almost 70 billion rubles will be allocated for the development of the power industry of the Krasnoyarsk Territory until 2036

The total investment in the development of the region's power grid infrastructure from 2026 to 2035 will amount to about 70 billion rubles.
Such an influx of investment will be possible thanks to a regulatory agreement signed by the Ministry of Tariff Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the branch of Rosseti Sibir – Krasnoyarskenergo. The document was approved by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
“The purpose of regulatory agreements is to increase the transparency and efficiency of tariff regulation, ensure the reliability of the electric grid complex and the quality of electricity supply services to consumers,” emphasized the Minister of Tariff Policy of the region, Alexander Ananyev.
The agreement was concluded for 10 years. The total investment in the development of the region's power grid infrastructure from 2026 to 2035 will amount to about 70 billion rubles.
This will allow us to solve key problems in the power grid complex of the Krasnoyarsk Territory that have been accumulating for many years.
“The funds will be used to update and repair the electrical grid in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, modernize substations of different voltage classes and build new energy facilities. The agreement will also make it possible to implement a set of measures to implement preferential technological connection agreements and prevent the growth of accumulated obligations for the preferential category of consumers who need to connect to networks,” commented the acting director. More than 20 regions of Russia have already concluded regulatory agreements with energy companies, including Omsk, Tomsk regions, and Kuzbass. This year, in addition to the Krasnoyarsk Territory, agreements were signed in the Altai and Trans-Baikal Territories, the Republics of Altai and Buryatia.
