Armed attack in a police station in Turkey. Two policemen were killed and two others are injured

Two policemen were shot dead and two others were injured on Monday, September 8, in front of a police station in the city of Western Turkey, the Turkish Minister of the Interior announced.

The images broadcast by the Turkish television showed a police cord in front of the section where the attack took place on Monday morning, writes News.ro.
The forensic police were sent to the scene, according to the same images.
A video recording filmed by a local and taken over by several Turkish media shows a young man holding a long pipe rifle in his hands, which seems to run from the place of attack.

Turkey was in the past the target of the attacks of Kurdish militants, Islamist groups and extreme-left organizations, security forces and government institutions are often among targets.
