The Minister of Labor, Florin Manole, says that black work is a phenomenon that must be fought by all means and has to collaborate institutions, unions and employers, because the budget does not collect money for people who do not have employment contracts, and at the pension they wake up with low incomes. Asked if the extent of the phenomenon is known, the minister acknowledged that no, as the Labor Inspection has not had the power to cover the whole phenomenon so far.

Minister Florin Manole was referred to on Thursday evening, at Antena 3, at an ITM control made on a yard in Bucharest, where, out of 70 employees, 17 people were without a employment contract, writes News.ro.

“” Those people who were from the villages around Bucharest, most of them, are people who want to work because they beat their way and they worked on a shaft. There are people who decent income, because they worked there, nobody was holding. Ban, but not registered no contribution.

Thus, he believes that “black work must be fought by all means – ITM, unions, patronized.”

“Everyone has interest, everyone is the interest that this scourge is fought. And even those poor people who work and do not know their rights or may not have the power to ask for the rights in front of an employer and in the absence of a better work alternative, all these people want a single and simple thing-we will have a more legal thing. Justified revenues and higher citizens, ”said Florin Manole.

Asked if the national estimated national dimension is known, Manole said: “No, because I do not think we have had enough power to cover the phenomenon so far, because work inspectors are not enough, because the jobs unoccupied from the Labor Inspection are many, because we have any procedures.”

The minister explained that not all work inspectors go with gendarmes.

“There are sites in which people are a little harsher, so to speak, if you do not have the gendarmerie to support you, the control is more shy (…) With the gendarmerie they could have, I think, much more successful,” added the Minister of Labor.
