The President recalled that when the aggressor of the Russian Federation attacked Ukrainian energy, and Ukraine beat in response, it was Hungary and Slovakia who complained to Trump.
“Therefore, Ukraine has found this type of sanctions,” Zelensky noted.
Trump in a conversation with European leaders emphasized that “Europe must stop buying Russian oil,” which “finances the war” of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, said the official representative of the White House quoted by Reuters.
According to the US administration official, “Russia received € 1.1 billion from the sale of fuel in the EU in one year.”
