“Wanting to abduct the money, the postman went to deceive: she told the woman and her daughter that the payment had not yet arrived in the mail. While the family was waiting, the employee independently signed in the cash documents on the issuance of money and assigned the entire amount, the prosecutor’s office said. – The pensioner’s daughter, suspecting something was amiss, turned to the social fund and found out that the money was transferred and, according to the documents, issued a recipient for a long time. For questioning, the postman told a complaint story about the fact that the money was stolen, but it will pay it within a year. ”

By the time the criminal case was initiated under Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, an employee of the postal person had already managed to spend part of the stolen funds, but later voluntarily returned the entire amount and repented to the deed. The court found her guilty of assigning and sentenced to 6 months of correctional labor conditionally.
