The son of Alain Delon, Alain-Fabien, filed a trial against his brother and sister, requesting the annulment of the actor, writes at Stampa, taken over by Rador Radio Romania.
According to Le Monde information, Alain-Fabien has previously unpublished medical evidence that, when he signed a second will, the actor no longer had discernment power. As a result of which Alain-Fabien, the little son of the actor, requests his cancellation.
The news of the judicial procedures regarding the will of Alain Delon, who died on August 18, 2024 at the age of 88, was officially communicated to Anthony (60 years) and Anouchkăi (34) by a judicial executor.
The French press estimated last year's wealth between 50 million and 250 million euros.
Anouhka, made unique inheritors in the second testament
The will challenged by Alain-Fabien, 31, was the second requested by the actor and was signed in Geneva.
In the document, Delon names Anouhka unica heir, correcting the content of the first Testament, in 2015. In that first document, Delon had divided his wealth, valued at several tens of millions of euros, in three parts: 50% to Anouchka and 25% to each of his two sons.
Even though the only beneficiary of the second will is Anouchka, Anthony is also sued, because the law provides for actions against all heirs and testamentary executors of a document whose annulment is requested.
Alain-Fabien also requests the cancellation of a donation from 2023 to Anouchka Delon, which includes a 51% stake in ADID (Alain Delon International Distribution), the company that holds the rights of the actor.
A first civil hearing is scheduled for March 9, 2026, before the Paris Court. In his cancellation request, Alain-Fabien claims that his father, following the stroke suffered on June 14, 2019, had no “enough discernment” to write and sign a will, or to make a donation.
In order to support his initiative, he cites a court decision of 2024, five months before the death of his father, in which the court decided in favor of a “consolidated guardianship” measure, because Delon “had cognitive disorders that altered his will.”
But the novelty is the disclosure to Alain-Fabien of several medical reports on his father's health dating from 2019.
Women in Alain Delon's life
Alain Delon's tumultuous sentimental life has also fueled the legend around him. His loves, first of all, aroused the fantasy of the press, from love at first sight with Romy Schneider, in 1958, to the tender complicity with Mireille Darc, a lover that became “the other half”.
His passions for Nathalie, Anne Parillaud, Rosalie Van Breemen and even Dalida – with whom he delayed that he had an idyll – were in the press's attention.
Delon said that “the motivation of being what was” came from women: Rness Schneider; Nathalie Delon, with whom he married in 1964 – his only marriage – and the mother of his son Anthony; Mireille Darc, his partner for 15 years; and Dutch Rosalie Van Breemen, with whom he had Anouchka and Alain-Fabien.
