The Europol Union claims, on Wednesday night, that the spaces of the detention and preventive arrest centers in the capital are full of plows, several policemen reaching the emergency due to the bites. The trade unionists announce that they have notified the Public Health Directorate and the People's Advocate, informs News.ro.
“Policemen bitten by the heads of the Capital Police. Dozens of policemen from the DGPMB are obliged to work in difficult conditions to imagine: the spaces of the detention and preventive arrest in the capital are full of plows! For months, our colleagues demand for the bite, the lack of the misery, Europol trade unionists.
According to them, “the images no longer leave an apology: the flushs infested the work and detention spaces, where the policemen do their duty 12 hours a day.”
“Instead of benefiting from respect and protection, the policemen get to work in more miserable conditions, victims of indifference and incompetence of those who had to provide disinsection contracts. More seriously, over 10 policemen arrived at UPU, with the body full of bites. Many are undressed with the clothes with which they came from home, Families, ”the trade unionists said.
They say that some employees threw their furniture and carpets, and others were forced to change their rent due to infestation.
“Currently, over 40% of the employees say they want to leave these structures to get rid of the nightmare. This is no longer only a hygiene problem, but a problem of labor and health dignity,” the representatives of the Europol Union said.
They demand urgent measures and responsibility from those who run the Capital Police and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“At this moment I notified the Directorate of Public Health and the People's Advocate to close the functioning of these spaces,” announces the Europol Union.
