A new incident on the Danube, near Sulina: a boat is in danger of sinking. More boats have asked for help

A new water incident took place on Saturday, in the Sulina area, just a few days after the tragedy that became the Danube Delta. According to the first information, a boat is in danger of diving at marine mile 6, near the city.

Emergency crews on the spot

Immediately after the alarm was given, several boats in the area have sent help. A border police intervention team was sent to the scene, and a private boat also intervened to provide support, reports Antena 3 CNN.

So far no details are known about possible victims or the causes of the incident.

Incident takes place less than a week after the Delta tragedy

This new incident comes less than a week after another boat full of tourists overturned Monday evening, around 7:30 pm near Sulina. Four people lost their lives then, including a 3-year-old girl.
