Drivers most often encounter unreasonable fines for three violations: using a phone without Hands-Free, an unsaturated seat belt and speed exceeding. This was stated by Auto Expert Evgeny Ladushkin.
Fines for the belt are often discharged due to poor recognition quality. The expert recommends carefully studying photos from cameras – if the traces of the belt are visible, this is the basis for contesting, writes Yamal 1 With reference to RT.
With false fines for the phone is more difficult – you need to prove that you did not use the device (for example, switched gears). Records from the registrar fixing the interior will help.
Errors with speed usually arise due to two-two machines with fake numbers, when the cameras confuse similar letters (for example, “O” and “C”). In all cases, the specialist advises to challenge the decisions through the traffic police with the provision of evidence.
