The new Aston Martin Ventage S model is, starting with The great prize of the Netherlandsone of the safety cars in Formula 1.
In 2021, Aston Martin took over the role of Safety Car supplier in Formula 1, with the Vantage series, since then alternating between the British company's bol and the car made by Mercedes.
On Friday, on the first day of the Race Weekend in the Netherlands, Aston Martin announced the newest model in the Vantage series, S, as the car that will serve as from now as Safety Car.

Aston Martin describes Vantage S as “the most focused on the performance of Vantage so far, perfect for the role of safety car in Formula 1”.
Some technical details: Vantage S benefit from a 4.0 -liter Biturbo V8 engine, capable of developing 680 horsepower. Bolid that debuts as Safety Car this weekend reaches 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and has a maximum speed of 325 km/h“Demonstrating that it is more than capable of driving the fastest race cars.”

The Vantage S machines distributed for this role have been modified to cope with the rigors of the F1 circuits – the speeds and corners involved. Thus, they benefited from “aerodynamic improvements, including a rear spoiler and the light bar imposed by the car federation, for optimal stability and visibility during the runway.”
