In an unprecedented move, the International Automobilism Federation (FIA) announced the starting hours for all races, sprints and qualifications in Formula 1 for season 2026, just before the end of season 2025.

In previous years, FIA usually waited until the winter break between seasons to announce the start hours of all the races for the next campaign. This year, this happened on February 3, just over a month before the first stage of season 2025.

FIA has been announced start -up for all Formula 1 races of season 2026

Next year, the campaign will start again with the Grand Prize of Australia, and the race will take place at 6:00 in the morning, Romania time. This will be the most morning start hour for the next season, during the big prize in Las Vegas.

The latest start hour will be 23:00, when the races in Miami and Canada will take place. The reason for this time of starter start than usual for the Montreal race is the desire of Formula 1 to avoid overlapping with “Indy 5”which will take place a little earlier on the same day.
