The chairman of the European Council Antonio Costa expressed indignation. “I am terrified of the next night of deadly Russian rocket attacks. The EU cannot be intimidated. Russia's aggression only strengthens our determination to stand on the side of Ukraine” – he emphasized.
The EU Commissioner for Extension Marta Kos referred to the attack. “The EU delegation in Kiev was damaged as a result of today's Russian attacks on civil areas. This is a clear signal that Russia rejects peace and chooses terror. We are in solidarity with EU employees and all Ukrainians experiencing this aggression” – she wrote.
The head of the EC Ursula von der Leyen also reacted to Russia's attack, who emphasized that Employees of the facility in Kiev are safe.
