And this is due to the Act on the liquidation of central retirement information, which was signed on Wednesday, August 27 by President Karol Nawrocki. The Act creates a legal basis to make available to the insured in the MOBKitan application not only data from ZUS, but also from IKE, PPE, IKZE, OFE and PPK.

It is worth recalling here that Work on creating central retirement information has been going on for several years. It was supposed to be a system that will collect data not only from ZUS, but also from savings in the second and third pillar. Therefore, data on savings in IKE, IKZE, OFE or PPK was to go to you. However, these works were abandoned. The coalition government on October 15 does not want a separate system to be created, but to use the existing tool, and the data was located directly in the mobile. The Act will enter into force after 14 days from the date of publication, except for the provisions entitling to entities operating in the field of retirement products to transfer to ZUS in the form of electronic data and information on retirement products that will come into force on January 1, 2026. On this day there will also hypothetical retirement as well as data on recorded contributions, payments, values of participation units in the investment fund.
