Residents of the emergency house on Bograd will be able to return to apartments by the beginning of October

In Krasnoyarsk, residents of the first entrance of an emergency house on Bograd Street will be allowed to return to their apartments by the beginning of October, the city hall said.

According to experts, the foundation of the building must be strengthened around the entire perimeter, and not only in the area of ​​the first entrance, near which a failure formed. This was shown by examinations and engineering and geological surveys, as well as installing trial piles. In this regard, it took a refinement of the project to eliminate the emergency.

“Of course, this will affect the term of work, but the strengthening of the foundation of the whole house is necessary, because in the future it will exclude its uneven siege,” said Alexander Shadrin, General Director of Scientific and Technical Progress LLC.

Last Sunday, residents of the emergency house were gathered in the administration of the Zheleznodorozhny district. They were told exactly which work will be carried out. Workers mount steel piles in the basement, pour cellars, compact the soil and repair ventilation purges. Also planned by emergency work on the repair of balcony plates and reinforced concrete visors, cracks on the facade, shifting the window sill fragments of walls, replacing jumpers above the window openings on the stairwell, restoration of the blind area and areas of asphalt concrete coating along the perimeter of the building. The restoration of the house is funded by the city budget.

The city hall recalled that a trial setting of multi -sectional piles under the first entrance was previously performed, which confirmed the fidelity of the technical solution. Last week, a diamond cutting of misses was carried out for the installation of reinforcement beams in the first entrance. The contractor also continues to make metal structures to strengthen the transverse internal walls, on which stairwells and marches are based.

“At the moment, we continue in accordance with the project to strengthen the foundation of the first entrance so that residents can return to the apartments rather. Tentatively, this will happen in late September – early October. Given the additional amount of work to strengthen the foundation of the whole house, we plan to complete the work before the end of this year. At the same time, the resettlement of residents of 2 and 3 of the entrances will not be required, ”said Alexey Pervoshin, general director of the contractor.

Recall that the failure of the soil under the first entrance of the house on 114 Bograd Street occurred in July. Residents of 20 apartments were temporarily relocated. On August 14, the Interdepartmental Commission recognized the house as emergency and made the conclusion about the need to demolish it. At the same time, this house does not have a priority right to demolish. The dusions of the resettlement depend on financing, as well as the order of order.
