We had moments when we tried to defend ourselves, to go out on the counterattack and to take the positional attacks, but to get a point or points in Craiova you need much more. We also told the players that we have to mark, play with courage, personality and be aggressive. At some moments I did this, but, when the people from Craiova made the changes, everything was unbalanced. I mean our defensive organization.
At the first goal, we escaped very easily the people in the mark, from the area where we had to block them, and from there everything was disturbed. We are disappointed and upset, but their victory is deserved; they played much better.
When you get a goal on Oblemenco, it's hard to get back to you. You need a lot of personality, a lot of courage and confidence to take it over. There everything was broken, when the changes were made. There the match was unbalanced. I must admit that our changes were not the right ones, but we must come back as soon as possible.
We do not have much time to prepare the match in the Romanian Cup in Iași. There is this frustration, this disappointment, the stages pass and we cannot accumulate the points. Sorry for our supporters who make the trips. We should play for them too; There are people who suffer when we lose, and we must be aware of this, both me and players.
I understand them and we have to give a lot more. If we cannot and have no quality, because this is the truth, we should play with a heart, be much more aggressive and devoted. Each plays on its qualities. We are owned and it is not ok that we are unable to sign up. It is clear that something intervenes, without criticizing the team: The quality of the players intervenes.
