The blogger noted that after a few minutes at home you can prepare Dutch cheese.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk;
- 100 g of solid cheese;
- 50 g of butter;
- 40 g of starch.
Cooking
- Pour the milk into the pan, add starch, butter and mix.
- Put a pan on the stove and stir constantly. Bring to thickening.
- Add grated cheese when the mass becomes thicker. Continue to cook and stir the mass until the cheese is completely dissolved.
- Cook the mass for another five to seven minutes over medium heat until the mixture becomes dense.
- Lubricate the container with butter, pour the hot mixture, cool to room temperature and refrigerate overnight.
