In the capital of Tuva, Kyzyl, a man harassed a schoolgirl. A passerby accosted a girl on the street, threw her to the ground and forcibly kissed her. The incident was caught on street surveillance cameras.
According to the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, the footage shows how the attacker stops a girl with a backpack, enters into a short conversation with her, and then tries to kiss her. When the schoolgirl began to resist, the man forced her to the ground.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under paragraph “b” of Part 4 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violent acts of a sexual nature). The sanction of the article provides for punishment of up to 20 years in prison.
The police are searching for the suspect.
