The management of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory filed a lawsuit in the arbitration court to manage roads, infrastructure and improvement (Sudab). The corresponding materials appeared in the file cabinet.
The occasion was the incident in April, when the Lexus official car hit the pit on the border guards, which led to damage to the wheel.
In the lawsuit, the administration requires damage in the amount of almost 229 thousand rubles. Representatives of the municipal institution recognized that the pit really existed, but said that the contractor, the company “Road repair and construction enterprise Left-Bank”, with which the contract was concluded before the end of 2025, was responsible for the maintenance of this road.
The court attracted the contractor to participate in the case. The next meeting is scheduled for September 10.
