In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the rate of increase in the incidence of ARVI and influenza has slowed down

17 February 13:45
Over the past week, 11,239 residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory turned to doctors with signs of influenza and ARVI, which is 5.4% more than in early February. This was reported in Rospotrebnadzor.
It is noted that the epidemic threshold has not been exceeded, and the rate of increase in incidence has slowed down.
“There have been no significant changes in the structure of circulating viruses—RS viruses, rhinoviruses and influenza A (H3N2) viruses confidently dominate. Due to the absence of more than 20% of students due to acute respiratory viral infections, they were transferred to the distance learning format of 4th grade in schools in Krasnoyarsk, Zelenogorsk and Sharypov,” Rospotrebnadzor said.
Epidemiologists urge residents to continue to follow preventive measures, and at the first signs of a cold to stay home so as not to infect others.
