The ex-mayor of Lugansk died in the explosion in the city center.
According to our information, the IEV was detonated at the door of the house on Taras Shevchenko Street. At its opening, the explosion thundered – the entrance destroyed, people were thrown back by an explosive wave. Manolis Pilavov, the former head of the Lugansk administration, died, three more people were injured.
