Warm up thoroughly with a light warm-up. Next, proceed to a simple set of exercises: jump rope for 5 minutes, hula hoop for 5 minutes, circuit training for 5 minutes: squats, push-ups and press exercises in turn.

Simple nutrition rules:
Less sweets and junk food. Try to at least give up buns, chips, soda and candy. If you want something sweet, eat fruit or dark chocolate.
Drink more clean water. A glass of water in the morning, before meals and when you want a snack. This helps you avoid overeating and speeds up your metabolism.
Add more fiber and protein. Vegetables, greens, chicken, fish, eggs, cottage cheese – all this helps you stay full longer and not gain too much.
Important: Don't look for a magic pill and quick results. Just start small and do at least something for yourself every day. Then by summer you will definitely see how you have gotten into shape without noticing. And you won’t need to urgently lose weight or hide excess volumes under closed clothes.
