New regulations in the USA. DHL stops parcels for business

The administration of US President Donald Trump announced last month that from August 29 he would suspend the global “de minimis” release, which also allows the minimum number of formalities, for international shipments worth below $ 800.
At the beginning of this week, postal groups in Scandinavia, Austria and Belgium announced the suspension of parcels to the USA – writes CNN.
“The reason for these probably temporary restrictions are new procedures required by the US authorities in the case of postal parcels,” said DHL.
On August 25, it will be the last day of accepting shipments, but DHL Express, offering Premium courier services, will not feel the effects of suspension, added the company.
