The sudden change of the prosecutor in the extensive file. The Mihăilescu brothers run away from the “Caracatița” from Craiova
Dissatisfied with the way in which the researches were carried out on the liquidator Costea Cristina, in February, the Mihăilescu brothers, the owners of the arena and the land on which the “Extensive” Stadium in Craiova was once filed, made a request for the case to another parquet.

The request was rejected, and the criminal prosecution bodies delayed the settlement of the case, carrying themselves with gloves with the persons indicated as being illegal beneficiaries of the situation.
Two appeals followed and the establishment of terms of resolution of the case for July 15, respectively October 1st.
After countless memories, this month, two and a half years from the date of notification of the facts that form the object of the file, it was found that the file had been returned to the police, in the middle of last month.
It was invoked that the police -proposed classification solution is not appropriate and that the right to defense of the petitioners would not have been respected.
The investigation will be continued by another prosecutor
Following this return of the criminal prosecution file, the file will no longer reach the same prosecutor who had him in supervision for two and a half years and will be submitted to another prosecutor.
The injured party in the file considers that at the level of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Craiova Court “There is a clear interest in resolving the case by classification and that the prosecutor who had the case in supervision did not agree with this solution, so that by restoring it to the police body, the prosecutor was replaced with another prosecutor who will probably agree with the solution proposed by the criminal investigation body, to avoid the consequences that can be derived from the case and in the case the insolvency procedure carried out based on the provisions of Law 85/2006”, As the legal defenders appreciate.
The situation has generated a new request to refer the case to another Prosecutor's Office, to be resolved by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice. At the JCCJ it will be determined whether, at the level of the courts and packages in Dolj county, the Mihăilescu brothers can also benefit from an impartial justice.
The process is based on the land and the goods on the extensive stadium. The real estate “sharks” put their eyes on the ground and, after the auction tricky – a question demanded by the prejudiced side (the brothers Eugen and Nicu Mihăilescu), would have come into possession of the goods. Former owners claim that they do not have a correct process, the opposing side, influence at local level, having solid connections with elements of the Oltean legal system.
