Malicious Debtors on alimony are awaiting “black list” and sanctions
The Federal Bailiff Service of Russia warned that debtors had only a few months left to repay all payments and avoid getting into the list of malicious alimony.
Such a register will work in May. Various sanctions can be applied to this list, for example, to prohibit attending sports events or flying classes of a class above the economy.
As of April 2024, about 133 thousand people run the risk of being included in this list.
