I washed the windows with 1 bottle of vinegar – clarity for weeks and no streaks on the glass

To keep your windows perfectly clean, you don’t need expensive sprays or special wipes. One simple product that is found in every home, table vinegar, is enough. It not only removes dust, greasy marks and limescale, but also leaves behind a light freshness without chemical fragrances.
Anyone who has tried cleaning windows with vinegar according to an old recipe never returns to store-bought products. The main thing is to use it correctly and take into account the type of surface. Important: Before using any product, test it on a small area, especially on painted frames and delicate surfaces.

How to use vinegar to clean windows

1. For glass panels

Mix 1 cup of vinegar with 1 liter of warm water. Spray onto glass or apply with a sponge, leave for 2-3 minutes, then wipe with microfiber. Smudges and fingerprints disappear without additional effort.

2. For frames and window sills

Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to a bowl of warm water. Wipe the frames with a soft cloth, paying attention to corners and joints. Vinegar dissolves the greasy film and disinfects the surface.

3. For mirrors and glass doors

Use the same solution in a ratio of 1 to 10. Wipe from top to bottom in a circular motion. Mirrors acquire a crystal shine without white marks or rainbow spots.

4. For mosquito nets

Remove the mesh, wipe with vinegar solution on both sides and leave for 5 minutes. Then rinse with shower and dry. Vinegar removes pollen, street dirt and freshens the material.

5. For fittings and handles

Wipe the metal parts with a cloth soaked in a weak vinegar solution. This removes hand marks, prevents oxidation and restores shine to chrome surfaces.

After cleaning, simply ventilate the room. Thanks to the antimicrobial properties of vinegar, dust settles more slowly and windows stay clean longer.
