In Krasnoyarsk on the corner of Mira Ave. and st. Gorky, the Letual store, where cosmetics and perfumes were sold, ceased operation. A new tenant is currently being sought for the premises.
The area of the outlet is about 170 sq. m. Until recently, the store was open, and only this week the goods were removed from the shelves.
As Dela.ru writes, the reasons for the closure are the lack of customer traffic in the historical part of Krasnoyarsk, which is incomparable with large shopping centers. Because of this Tenants are constantly moving out from the first floors of historical buildings in Krasnoyarsk.
Note that the closed store is part of a Russian retail chain founded in 1997. In Russia, the company has hundreds of retail outlets, but in this area “Zvezda” (as the name of the chain is translated from French) has many competitors: “Magnit Cosmetics”, “Golden Apple”, “Yves Rocher” and others.
