In Krasnoyarsk, the deputy head of the Department of Municipal Property and Land Relations of the administration of Krasnoyarsk was convicted of transferring federal land at low value. But she did not suffer punishment.

It was established that in February 2017, the official, having signed the contract of sale, was transferred by the Krasnoyarsk Shipyard OJSC with an area of ​​168 thousand square meters. m for 2.6 million rubles instead of 108 million rubles laid at the cadastral value, that is, only 2.5 % of this amount.

“The prosecutor’s office approved the woman to exceed the official powers (paragraph 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), but the court qualified her actions under the article on negligence (part 1.1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and Contrary to the position of the state prosecutor, he appointed 10 months of correctional labor with a deduction of 10% in state revenue, Having freed from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations“, – the department said.

Now the prosecutor's office is deciding on the appeal of the sentence.
