Athletes of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station are preparing for the selection for the RusHydro Spartakiad

Athletes of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station began the formation of a team and training to participate in the VII Spartakiad of the RusHydro group. On the eve of the qualifying competitions that will be held in the city of Krasnoyarsk, athletes-energy have successfully performed at the Kezhemsky district tournament to swim and in the XXXVI races of the Kodinsky ski marathon.

Swimming competitions were held in the Kezhemsky district for the first time. All comers, divided into age groups, could take part in a distance at a distance of 50 m. The team of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station included five swimmers: the first deputy general director-chief engineer Denis Kutsenov, head of the department of energy resources Konstantin Shevtsov, leading engineer of the design group Lyubov Shredov, head of the administrative and economic department Pavel Bazhenov and specialist AHO Marina BAUS.

According to the rules of the competition, the six strongest among men and women who competed at a distance of 100 m. Bronze medalist of the final stage became the final.

To participate in the ski marathon, more than 150 athletes from all over the Krasnoyarsk Territory arrived in the prizes of the head of the Kezhemsky district in Kodinsk – including winners and participants in Russian skiing championships. The maximum distances were 30 km for women and 50 km for men.

Due to warm weather, the race became difficult even for experienced athletes, but despite the difficult highway, the strongest skiers of the Boguchansky hydroelectric power station went through the entire distance. Konstantin Shevtsov became a silver medalist in his age group and bronze – in the absolute standings, and Lyubov Shkedov in her group rose to the second step of the podium.

“Employees of the Boguchansky hydroelectric power station are permanent and active participants in sports events in the Kezhemsky district. The performances of power engineers who have achieved high results in many representative tournaments inspire our athletes, and children and adolescents see an example of imitation in them – it is important for young people to know that stubborn training, faith in their strength and perseverance bring good results. We wish the team of the Boguchansky hydroelectric power station at the upcoming sports day, ”said Marina Abdullina, Deputy Director of the Department for Culture, Sports, Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Kezhemsky District.

In 2024, at the regional stage of the RusHydro Spartakiad, the team of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station took fourth place, the national team of the Siberia group included a basketball team and multi -collapses – Konstantin Shevtsov and Lyubov Shredov. In the final in Sochi, the Siberian team took the third command place, and Lyubov Shredova received a gold medal in the all -around.

The qualifying stage of the VII of the Spartakiad of the RusHydro group in the regional group “Siberia” will be held in June. In 2025, volleyball, all -around, table tennis, chess, swimming and license sport were included in the program of the Spartakiad. The distances of the Styer race is symbolic – 1418 days the Great Patriotic War lasted. So, in the year of the 80th anniversary of Victory, the athletes of the RusHydro group will give tribute to the heroes of the war.
