“In this phase of the competition will evolve:

• 21 winners of duels in round 3;

The 8 teams from the first league that will evolve in this phase of the Betano Romanian Cup will be in the ballot box, and the other 24 will be in the ballot B. When drawing, the teams in the ballot will be grouped with the teams in urn B (8 games), following the remaining 16 teams in ballot B to be grouped between them (8 games).

If the games in the Romanian Cup are about to be live television and are scheduled in the night, and the organizing club does not have a stadium equipped with lighting facility, the game will be scheduled on a stadium in the closest locality, which meets the regulatory conditions necessary for the play and television ”, the FRF transmitted.
