50 thousand UAH for childbirth in Ukraine. BP supported the bill


It provides for an increase in one -time payment to women after the birth of a child to 50 thousand hryvnias. Payments to women on maternity leave to childbirth, not even having a work experience, will be raised to 7 thousand hryvnias per month. The same amount is proposed to provide one of the parents or grandparents, who cares for an already born child, as help until he has reached one year.

The document enters the program “Easla”. After the child is one year, parents will have a choice: return to work or raise a child under three years old. If one of the parents went to work after the child was one year old, you can receive compensation for a kindergarten (up to about 8 thousand hryvnias monthly). In the case of choosing the second option, the mother or father retains the obligation to pay a single social contribution up to the three years of the baby.

The bill makes amendments to the program “Malyuk packages”. It can now be ordered from 36 weeks of pregnancy (earlier – only after childbirth). If the deputies will finally accept the law, he will also introduce the “Schoolboy packages” into force – a program according to which to parents or guardians, 5 thousand hryvnias for each first -grader for gathering for school are laid.



Context

Now in Ukraine, at the birth of a child, parents have 41,280 UAH. The benefit is once paid in the amount of 10,320 UAH, the rest of the amount – over the next 36 months in equal parts, 860 UAH per month.

In March, the First Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Daria Marchak reported that the international indicator of the population reproduction is 2.2 children per woman of childbearing age, and in Ukraine this indicator is only 0.9 after the start of a full -scale invasion – and this Anturert in the history of the country.
